Job Description:

The Control Remediation Quality Assurance Practice/Methodology & TestingB usiness Management Specialist offers support in maintaining methodology supporting the end to end MRA remediation program. This role is responsible for the supporting the Testing Center of Excellence providing regulatory finding remediation testing standards for the 1B/2B testing teams and through a QA process, ensure testing meets these standards. Through this process they will play an important role in ensuring the successful remediation of regulatory findings and increase the likelihood of passing Internal Audits and Regulator validation.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, standard business hours

Depth & Scope:

  • Works autonomously and accountable for acting as a lead within a specialized business management function and may provide work direction to others
  • Provides seasoned specialized knowledge, advice and/or guidance to various stakeholders and team members
  • Scopes of role may have enterprise impact
  • Focuses on short to medium - term issues (e.g. 6-12 months)
  • Undertakes and completes a variety of complex projects and initiatives requiring specialist knowledge and/or the integration of cross functional processes within own area of expertise
  • Oversees and/or independently performs tasks from end to end


Education & Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 7+ years relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Significant third line experience or testing teams experience strongly preferred
  • Experience establishing and implementing effective Regulatory policies, strategies and plans that effectively support the financial environment
  • Highly organized, with demonstrated ability to develop, analyze, improve and apply complex policies, processes and procedures
  • Solid understanding of Regulatory environment and its role in the business
  • Effective negotiation and influencing skills
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work independently as an individual contributor
