Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years in financial services, focusing on controls, audit, risk, or compliance.
• Knowledge of control and risk concepts, familiarity with CORE systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and BI tools; able to learn new tech.
• Experience with AI/ML is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and consolidation of executive meeting materials with accuracy and timeliness.
• Gather and consolidate reporting topics for Control Management Committees and pre-sessions.
• Define reporting requirements with business partners for committee use.
• Coordinate review meetings, development forums, and project activities with data and analysis.
• Document meeting minutes and follow-ups for stakeholders including legal and committees.
• Collaborate with legal, business stakeholders, and risk/control functions firm-wide.
• Drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Perform ongoing analysis of program data and generate ad-hoc reports.
• Develop and maintain procedures for reporting, analysis, and deliverables.
• Proactively research best practices and learn new technologies.
