Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certification in electrical or related field.
• Experience in control panel assembly or industrial wiring preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Familiarity with UL508A standards and NEC requirements is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
• Measure, cut, strip, and terminate wires to ensure accurate connections.
• Assemble electrical components such as relays, switches, and circuit breakers.
• Route and bundle wiring neatly according to industry standards.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform point-to-point continuity checks and basic troubleshooting of wiring issues.
• Label wires, components, and panels for clarity and compliance.
