Job summary

Trinity Employment Specialists is seeking a Control Panel Technician I to join our team in a direct-hire role. The position runs M-F, 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM and involves reading tape measures, assembling DIN Rail and duct components, and installing panel hardware per design specifications.

Candidates must safely lift up to 50 lbs, utilize MS Office tools for communication, and apply lean 3S practices to minimize waste.

Qualifications

• Reads standard tape measure to 1/16 inches.
• Reads metric tape measure to 1 mm.
• Able to set up and use DIN Rail shear and duct cutter.
• Measures, cuts and installs DIN Rail and wire duct per design.
• Operates electrical devices on subpanels/enclosures per design.

Responsibilities

• Operate and install per design specifications.
• Safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Read panel layouts and schematic instructions.
• Maintain 3S and lean practices on the line.
• Use Teams, Outlook and Excel for coordination and records.
