In this role, you will be responsible for building, wiring, and troubleshooting industrial control panels, ensuring they meet rigorous safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

  • Assemble, wire, and test industrial control panels according to detailed blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
  • Perform physical modifications on enclosures and control panels, including drilling, tapping, and installing components.
  • Conduct wiring of relays, circuit boards, sensors, and mechanical equipment as specified in project drawings.
  • Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to assemble and modify control panels.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure correct assembly and wiring.
  • Verify continuity, perform inspections, and troubleshoot electrical issues on control panels and related systems.
  • Maintain inventory of parts and components, ensuring proper stock levels for ongoing projects.
  • Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervision to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Assist in training or mentoring less experienced team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Electrician with a focus on control panel wiring and assembly.
  • Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices.
  • Skilled in the use of power tools, hand tools, and electrical testing devices.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and troubleshooting abilities.

  • Relevant electrical certifications or licenses preferred.
