Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a skilled Panel Builder to turn engineered drawings into dependable control panels in our West Allis, WI shop. You will interpret schematics, assist with wiring, labeling, and terminating to spec, and verify prints with teammates to maintain momentum and quality.

You will keep tools serviced, maintain a clean work area for safety, and support field wiring and installation at customer sites under varied conditions, while meeting deadlines and embracing our core values.

Qualifications

• Background in electrical wiring, panel fabrication, and troubleshooting preferred.
• Able to read and interpret schematics and component specs.
• Strong communication, organization, and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Study schematics and component specs; ask smart questions to eliminate ambiguity.
• Assist with wiring, labeling, and terminating to spec, double-checking against the prints.
• Collaborate with the panel builder to verify accuracy and maintain momentum.
• Keep tools serviced and your area organized for quality and safety.
• Support equipment wiring and machine installation at customer facilities when required.
• Meet deadlines and take on additional duties as directed.
