Job summary

Torrey Holistics seeks a skilled control panel assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will wire panels from schematics, assemble components, verify parts against the BOM, and help ensure timely project flow.

The role requires a mechanical background, the ability to lift 50–75 pounds, and proficiency with hand tools. You will perform functional tests and maintain QC records in a fast-paced environment.

**POSITION SUMMARY:**This position works from interrelated wiring schematics, assembly drawings and Bill of Materials to complete the wiring of a control panel.**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:**Primary Responsibilities:General responsibility of supervising the department, workload, scheduling and processes;Control panel assembly and wiring;Maintain personal inventory and condition of tools;Confirm pulled parts with Bill of Materials and report failed parts;Assist other departments as necessary to ensure project flow and completion;Functional testing of completed systems;Moto Control setup;Maintain appropriate quality control records and test forms.ProMinent Expectations:Adhere to Company policies and procedures;Punctual attendance;Maintain work area in a neat and organized manner;Accomplish goals, meet deadlines and objectives;Support Client, Company and Team;Maintains company confidentiality;Other duties as required to attain company goals.**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:**Required:Education: High School Diploma or equivalent;Must have good reading skills and attention to detail;Mechanical background;Strong manual dexterity;Prior knowledge and use of hand tools;Individual must be an assertive, self-motivated person and require little supervision;Strong desire to learn and grow;Ability to lift 50-75 pounds;Ability to adapt to changing priorities;Ability to work independently and with others;Professional individual with excellent organizational, documentation and communication skills;Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly;Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Preferred:Prior PLC instrumentation set-up experience;1-2 years of relevant production experience, two-year technical degree or a combination of related experience and education.ProMinent prides itself on the quality of its employees and as such, candidates who receive a job offer will be required to successfully pass a drug test and a background check.You should be proficient in:Electrical SchematicsMechanical Assembly SkillsMachines & technologies you'll use:Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
