Job summary

Design Ready Controls Inc. is seeking an Assembler I to join our production team, focusing on assembling custom control panels, wiring, sheet metal work, and label application. A basic ability to read schematics and electrical symbols is required, with a willingness to learn as needed.

The position offers 2nd shift hours: 2:30pm-11:00pm, Monday to Friday. Ideal candidates have manufacturing or assembly experience, strong attention to detail, a safety-focused mindset, and a hands-on,

Qualifications

Ability to read schematics and drawings; basic understanding of electrical symbols.
Ability to use basic measurement tools (scale, ruler) and perform quick math in daily tasks.
Strong attention to detail, safety-focused mindset, and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

Verify parts for assembly match the Bill of Materials.
Assemble electrical panels according to drawings, including sheet metal pieces and mounting components.
Terminate wire ends and add terminals for device connections.
Prepare panels for testing and shipping, including labeling and device IDs.
Troubleshoot basic panel wiring and identify potential electrical issues.
