• Ability to conduct deep dives and root cause analysis to remediate control gaps.
• Advanced data analysis and tech literacy to interpret business needs and trends.
• Proven leadership of diverse teams and stakeholder management.
• Strong project management and execution oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Influencing and negotiation skills across Operations, Tech, Audit and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional deep dive reviews and risk assessments to identify control gaps and risks within operations.
• Lead development and implementation of control strategies to mitigate risks.
• Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and improve the control environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold operational policies and standards.
• Engage stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial control improvements.
• Develop, analyze and publish standardized control metrics using analytics tools.
• Implement technology solutions to automate controls and enhance data analysis.
• Manage governance and reporting of control initiatives with visualization tools.
• Review change agendas to ensure controls remain effective and adapt controls as needed.
