Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Digital Assets, Blockchain, tokenization, and emerging infrastructure.
• 7+ years in risk management, control management, audit, or compliance.
• Proficient risk and control concepts with business partner collaboration.
• Experience evaluating complex initiatives and governance activities.
• Strong execution management and project leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Proven stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and manage operational risk across Digital Assets initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document risks, controls, and governance needs.
• Develop risk management frameworks, control inventories, processes, and monitoring.
• Define KPIs/KRIs and governance routines; analyze data for risk decisions.
• Lead end-to-end risk management, remediation planning, and closure.
• Maintain project plans, logs, and trackers; coordinate dependencies.
• Produce executive-ready risk assessments and governance materials.
• Engage with control colleagues, legal, risk, audit, and technology teams.
