Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required across business, finance, or technology domains.
• Experience supporting Digital Assets, Blockchain Solutions, tokenization, and related financial infrastructure.
• 7+ years of financial services experience in risk management, control, audit, QA, or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of control and risk management concepts and governance practices.
• Experience evaluating complex initiatives and driving control implementation.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and manage operational risk across Digital Assets and Blockchain Solutions initiatives.
• Document risks, controls, and governance requirements with diverse stakeholders.
• Develop and enhance risk management frameworks, control inventories, and monitoring routines.
• Define KPIs/KRIs and governance routines; produce executive-ready outputs.
• Provide leadership in end-to-end operational risk management and remediation planning.
• Maintain project plans, action logs, and risk/issue trackers to ensure timely delivery.
• Engage with control colleagues firm-wide and partner with risk, compliance, legal, and technology teams.
