Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10 years engineering experience with 5 years in a specific technical discipline.
• Experience supervising or broad managerial responsibility.
• Strong safety-focused approach and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee control law development, validation, and verification across programs.
• Plan, assign, and track tasks, schedules, and resources.
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to the team.
• Collaborate with Flight Dynamics Group Heads to ensure department success.
