Proficiency with Allen‑Bradley PLC platforms, HMI systems, Cognex or Keyence vision solutions, and cross-functional collaboration are essential; travel ~10% for site visits is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Controls, or Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of controls engineering experience and PLC/vision inspection exposure.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagnose machine stoppages.
• Experience with DFMEA/PFMEA and risk assessments is desirable.
• Willingness to travel domestically ~10% for site and supplier visits.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and perform root cause analysis.
• Support validation activities and equipment qualification.
• Implement process improvements to increase OEE.
• Specify equipment, coordinate with suppliers, and participate in risk assessments.
