Job summary

Aegis is partnering with a growing manufacturer in Roscoe, IL to identify a Controls Engineer to join their team. You will develop and troubleshoot PLC and HMI programs, and start up and commission systems at customer sites.

Travel up to 50% domestically and provide ongoing technical support after startup, reading AutoCAD P&ID drawings and working in a collaborative, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of controls engineering experience in integrated production systems.
• Strong HMI programming experience (FactoryTalk View; Ignition a plus).
• Startup and commissioning experience at customer sites.
• Electrical troubleshooting skills (480V, 110V, and low-voltage control systems).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically.
