Job summary
Revel Staffing is seeking an experienced Controls Engineer to support industrial automation and manufacturing operations. This hands-on role focuses on programming, troubleshooting, controls integration, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement.
You will program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC, HMI, and VFD systems, support integration across automated equipment, and maintain electrical schematics and documentation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of controls engineering or industrial programming experience.
- Strong PLC, HMI, and VFD programming and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with mechatronics, automation, or controls integration.
- Strong manufacturing-equipment troubleshooting ability.
- Experience with robotics, conveyors, vision systems, or automated inspection equipment.
- Ability to read and maintain electrical schematics.
- Lean or Six Sigma experience is preferred.
