Qualifications

Practical experience in the process optimization of automation systems.
Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and PLC programming.

Responsibilities

Installing and setting up new production and automation systems for the production area.
Continuously analyzing and improving the production and maintenance process.
Optimizing the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) for existing production equipment.

Skills

Manufacturing and IATF Standard experience

Technical writing

Logical hands-on problem-solving skills

Project management

Ability to work in metric and inch measurements

Knowledge of Databases and OT, IT connection

Electrical Controls Engineer-US or GC no VISA's PLEASE

Installing and setting up new production and automation systems for the production area
Continuously analyzing and improving the production and maintenance process
Optimizing the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) for existing production equipment
Supporting the production and quality teams in terms of problem analysis and resolution
Program machine controls and teach robots
Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and develop corrective actions
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: mechanical engineering mechatronics or 5+ years of professional experience in the field of mechatronics
Practical experience in the process optimization of automation systems
Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and PLC programming
Understanding of processes, analytical thinking, independent and structured way of working
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:Manufacturing and IATF Standard experience preferred
Technical writing and logical hands-on problem-solving skills
Project management experience with cross functional teams
Ability to work in metric and inch
Knowledge of Data Bases and OT, IT connection, electrical installation high voltage
Thorough knowledge of statistics
