Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Control Account Manager (CAM) in our Intel Sector-Cyber & Analytics Business Area. The CAM will oversee budget, scope, and schedule for assigned control accounts, participate in Agile teams, ensure EV principles, and provide monthly status or variance reports.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience in program management, earned value, and working with complex software/hardware programs, with TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience; more experience may substitute for a degree.
• Experience as a Control Account Manager, TTO Lead, or equivalent managing budget and schedule.
• At least 3 years on large, complex software/hardware integration programs.
• At least 5 years in technical project or program management.
• At least two years in an Agile environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication, detail orientation, and teamwork.
• TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget, scope, and schedule for assigned Control Accounts.
• Participate as an Agile team member within the PMO.
• Collaborate with Agile organizations delivering CA work.
• Maintain Earned Value management principles within teams.
• Maintain current Estimate to Complete for all CA work.
• Author MSR or VR for each CA each period.
• Coordinate with Business/Finance and customer for scope and funding.
• Serve as primary customer POC for activities within the CA.
• Lead technical discussions and staffing to ensure CA viability.
