Job summary

Raytheon in the United States is seeking a Control Account Manager (CAM) to support the Product Support team in the C3S CLS Sustainment organization. You will manage cost, schedule and technical performance for assigned control accounts.

The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with Earned Value Management standards. This on-site position will be based at Andover, MA (preferred), with work across McKinney, TX and El Paso, TX.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience; minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Raytheon EVMS Certification or ability to obtain certification within 3 months.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and perform meaningful control measures for all aspects of program cost, schedule and technical execution to drive predictable results.
• Perform meaningful analysis and effective communication to drive predictable results.
• Operate computer-based programs, tools, and applications, including Excel and APEX, to perform detailed analysis, develop formulas, pivot tables, and reports.
• Complete monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs.
• Provide EVM reporting and analysis, execute resource planning, and facilitate EAC and LRE inputs.
