Job summary

The General Council of the Assemblies of God seeks a Contributor Services Representative I to be the first point of contact for contributions. You will assist donors by phone, email and online chat, and maintain donor information to ensure accuracy across giving channels.

This on-site role in Springfield, Missouri requires strong customer service, data entry and Microsoft Office skills to support online gifts via AG Giving and mail or phone contributions.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Contributor Services Representative I serves as the initial point of contact for contributions within the Assemblies of God. This role involves demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the donation processes, our services, and our systems. The goal is to act as a knowledgeable resource for in-house personnel, districts, churches and individual donors.
