Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience in business, finance or law preferred.
• Contract or IT vendor management experience required.
• Proficient with MS Office and Internet; strong PDF editing and Excel skills.
• Knowledge of contract management systems/software.
• Ability to read, interpret and enforce contract language.
• Must be willing to travel 10–20%.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contract terms address primary business risks (indemnification, liability limits, confidentiality).
• Synthesize perspectives to reach actionable contract decisions and document them.
• Maintain vendor contract status and ensure milestones and SLAs are met.
• Provide guidance on SLA development and remedies in contracts.
• Negotiate terms within bank legal, risk and financial parameters.
• Compile and analyze contract data for reports and vendor relationships.
• Interpret contracts for management and legal counsel.
• Prepare reports and spend data to support records and vendor relations.
