The position collaborates with senior leaders, helps design large meetings, and manages access to files and SharePoint, contributing to long-range planning.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 1+ years of cross-organizational experience interfacing with senior leaders.
• Experience communicating effectively with multiple levels of an organization.
• 3+ years of related work experience or equivalent education.
• Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred).
• Experience with SAP Ariba contracting system (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage submission, approval, and receiving vendor contracts.
• Support onboarding of externally contracted resources.
• Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards.
• Maintain comprehensive views of organization employees.
• Manage the organizational operating cadence.
• Handle file server, SharePoint and computing account access.
• Contribute to long-range plans, goals and initiatives.
• Develop executive and senior manager level briefings.
• Design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
• Maintain organizational communications and e-mail distribution lists.
