Responsibilities

  • Acquisition planning, market research, and development of acquisition strategies.
  • Drafting and maintaining acquisition and contract documents.

This position supports government personnel but all work performed is inherently non‐governmental and does not involve the exercise of discretionary government authority.This role is ideal for a former GS‐1102, Contracting Officer, or Contract Specialist who has operated with a limited warrant and is familiar with fast‐paced, mission‐driven acquisition environments within the Department of Defense or U.S. Military.As a “journeyman‐level” Contracting Specialist, you will contribute to end‐to‐end acquisition activities—from planning and market research to contract formation, administration, and closeout.
