Job summary

Moog seeks a Contracts Specialist in Phoenix, AZ with a hybrid schedule to draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR/UCC and EAR/ITAR. You will interact with internal customers and external partners, manage milestone billings, and support export license processes.

Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience is required; strong analytical skills and ability to work with minimal direction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with very limited direction in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
• Experience with FAR/DFAR/UCC; ITAR/EAR knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of contractual matters affecting programs.
• Lead the preparation of contracts, MOUs, long-term/teaming agreements to protect Moog’s interests.
• Write and review contracts, proposals, and long-term agreements; consult with Legal Counsel.
• Review contracts before award to ensure compliance with Moog’s proposal and policies.
• Negotiate new contracts and change orders; manage milestone billings and various contract types.
• Support export license processes and interactions with internal teams.
