Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of professional experience.
• 5+ years supporting internal or external customers in customer service, sales, billing, invoicing, financial analysis, or contract administration.
• 2+ years reviewing detailed records for accuracy.
• 2+ years cross-functional collaboration with internal or external partners.
• 1+ year using CRM/ERP/billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish, monitor, and manage contract information in contract systems (Siebel, Salesforce, SharePoint).
• Set up invoicing per contracts and monitor recurring invoicing and revenue totals.
• Ensure contract modification documentation is accurate and complete.
• Support contract modifications and system updates across applications.
• Compile data for cost analysis and profitability tracking.
• Enforce Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Apply pricing increases accurately and communicate effects.
• Manage contract terminations and financial reconciliation.
• Manage contract renewals process.
• Support company goals for services contracts.
• Respond to customer issues professionally and timely.
