Job summary

Haskell Company seeks a Contracts Specialist to partner with business development and project teams, handling a wide range of moderate to complex contracts and related tasks.

You will review, negotiate, and maintain Customer Agreements and other contracts, keep records, and support executives with reporting and compliance. Travel as required and independent project work may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of contractual and legal concepts.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Excellent negotiating and drafting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and redlining in Microsoft Word.
• Experience with construction contracts terminology and related regulations.
• Ability to work with all levels of management and maintain professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate Customer Agreements and related contracts.
• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and Subcontracts.
• Stay updated on legislation affecting corporate and construction industry.
• Maintain corporate records and litigation/claims status reports.
• Coordinate meetings and high-level conference calls; develop agendas.
• May manage independent projects and travel as required.
