Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a leading utility infrastructure and renewable energy company to hire a Contracts Coordinator for Norton, MA. This on-site role supports administration, review, tracking, and execution of contracts and subcontracts across construction and energy projects across the U.S.

Collaborate with operations, estimating, preconstruction, finance and legal teams to ensure contractual requirements are documented and addressed throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting contract administration in construction, engineering, energy, utilities, or project-based environments.
  • Proven experience reviewing commercial contracts, subcontracts, terms and conditions, and related documents.
  • Understanding of construction contracting concepts, insurance requirements, compliance, and contract risk preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the review, processing, tracking, and administration of customer contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements.
  • Review contract documentation and identify terms, requirements, or potential risks requiring additional legal or operational review.
  • Coordinate with internal legal and operations teams regarding contract questions, revisions, approvals, and negotiations.
  • Track insurance requirements, guarantees, letters of credit, lien requirements, and other contract-related documentation.
  • Monitor key contract dates, deliverables, approvals, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist lien-right tracking and coordinate with finance and receivables teams when action may be required.
  • Support contract closeout activities and maintain accurate subcontractor forms and supporting documentation.
  • Partner with estimating, preconstruction, and operations teams to support an organized transition from contract award through project execution.

Pay Range: $80,000 to $100,000

Job Summary
Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnered with a well-established company in the utility infrastructure and renewable energy space to help them hire a Contracts Coordinator. This position will support the administration, review, tracking, and execution of contracts and subcontracts associated with construction and energy projects throughout the U.S.

The Contracts Coordinator will work closely with operations, estimating, preconstruction, finance, and legal teams to help ensure contractual requirements are properly documented, communicated, and addressed throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the review, processing, tracking, and administration of customer contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements.
  • Review contract documentation and identify terms, requirements, or potential risks requiring additional legal or operational review.
  • Coordinate with internal legal and operations teams regarding contract questions, revisions, approvals, and negotiations.

Qualifications and Must-Haves
  • Experience supporting contract administration, contract coordination, or a related function, preferably within construction, engineering, energy, utilities, or a project-based environment.
  • Proven experience with reviewing commercial contracts, subcontracts, terms and conditions, and supporting documentation.
  • Understanding of construction contracting concepts, insurance requirements, compliance, and contract risk preferred.
  • Renewable energy, electrical infrastructure, or utility construction experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts, deadlines, documents, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across legal, finance, estimating, project management, and operations teams.
  • Ability to recognize contractual issues or potential risks and elevate them to the appropriate internal resources.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred; comparable professional experience will also be considered.

Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
