EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Contracts and Risk Analyst to support architecture, engineering, and construction clients with contractual risk management, claims administration, loss control, and training. You will work with seasoned attorneys, paralegals, and brokers to deliver industry-leading services in a hybrid office environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience performing contract administration, claims review, risk management, and/or legal services for architecture, engineering and/or construction industry.
• Paralegal Certification and/or Juris Doctorate degree preferred; active bar in at least one state if JD.
• Strong written and verbal communication to interact with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze design, consulting, and construction contracts to identify contractual risk exposures.
• Negotiate and finalize contractual risk and insurance provisions with clients and counsel.
• Coordinate with broker teams on insurance requirements and risk management issues.
• Assist clients in recognizing and reporting claims across all coverage lines.
• Monitor client losses by interfacing with insurance carriers and prepare claim summaries.
• Coordinate claims during pre-renewal and renewal of clients’ programs.
