Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Contracts & Proposal Manager to join our team on-site in the Washington DC-Baltimore area. The role includes end-to-end management of the proposal development process, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality submissions. The manager will oversee contract negotiations, maintain contractual agreements, and ensure alignment with federal acquisition regulations. Additionally, the role will involve market analysis and strategic planning to enhance the organization's competitive positioning within the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Contracts Management, including familiarity with FAR/DFARS, and strong negotiation skills
• Experience in Proposal Writing, Proposal Development, and responding to government RFPs
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to produce clear, concise, and compliant documentation
• Proficient in proposal management software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Communications, or a relevant discipline
