Job summary

Life.Church seeks a Contracts Paralegal to review, rewrite, and analyze contracts, focusing on risk, liability, and confidentiality. You will manage the Conga system, coordinate with the Legal team, and support office operations including budgeting and inbox management.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and 1–3 years of related experience. Bachelor’s or Paralegal certification is preferred, with a commitment to Life.Church’s mission.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Conga contracts system: review queue, approve terms.
• Review Life.Church contracts for liability and indemnity concerns.
• Provide contract analysis to leadership for approvals.
• Suggest revisions to protect Life.Church and improve terms.
• Draft contracts using Life.Church standard terms.
• Analyze global Bible contracts for YouVersion collaborations.
• Ensure proper attribution in Conga for storage and tracking.
• Manage contract templates and templates lifecycle.
• Support daily Legal team operations and inbox management.
• Coordinate with teams on legal questions and guidance.
