YouVersion is looking for a Contracts Coordinator to manage and review all contracts for Life.Church. This role is crucial in ensuring contracts meet legal requirements and are favorable for the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in contract management. Responsibilities include supporting contract creation, managing the Conga system, and collaborating with the Legal team for approvals and modifications.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related work experience preferred.
• Ability to self-motivate and take initiative.
• Maintain a systematic and organized approach to completing assignments.

Responsibilities

• Support contract creation and review processes.
• Manage Conga contracts system and review contracts queue.
• Analyze contracts for potential liability and indemnity obligations.
• Draft contracts using Life.Church’s standard legal terms.
• Manage certificates of insurance and communicate with contract owners.
