Job summary

The Church of Eleven22 seeks a Paralegal Contracts Administrator to support contracts, governance, risk management and records for its ministries. You will manage the full contract lifecycle, ensure compliance, and coordinate with Legal, Finance and outside counsel.

Applicants should have a paralegal or legal studies background, 3–7 years of related experience, and familiarity with contract lifecycle systems in a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Paralegal or legal operations experience required in a contract-focused role.
• Experience supporting governance and compliance in nonprofit/church environments.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full contract lifecycle including drafting, reviewing and administering NDAs, leases, vendor and service agreements.
• Ensure proper execution, version control and signature tracking with Legal and Finance.
• Maintain contract tracking for key dates, renewals, expirations and obligations.
• Coordinate reviews with leadership and outside counsel; provide status updates on risks.
• Develop and maintain centralized contract and records management; ensure audit readiness.
