Job summary

RemoteHunter is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee the contracting process and vendor lifecycle across the organization. You will develop, negotiate, and administer provider and vendor contracts, ensuring accurate data and reporting through the contract lifecycle management system.

The role requires strong contract principles knowledge, analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to supervise staff while coordinating with multiple departments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and negotiate provider and vendor contracts using approved templates.
• Manage distribution, tracking, and execution of contracts and agreements.
• Maintain procedures and provide supervision to the Contracts Specialist.
• Communicate contract status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and update contract data in the electronic CLM platform.
• Organize, store, and archive executed contracts.
• Generate reports related to contract status and content for leadership.
• Support training and assistance for staff on contract processes and systems.
• Assist in procurement activities including RFPs and information.
• Lead special projects to improve contract management, vendor relations, and procurement.

The Contracts Manager role is responsible for overseeing the contracting process and vendor lifecycle management within the organization’s Contracts Team. This position ensures the development, negotiation, and administration of provider and vendor contracts, contributing to the integrity and efficiency of contract management. The role supports multiple departments by maintaining contract templates, managing contract execution, and ensuring accurate data and reporting.

3. Responsibilities:
