Responsibilities

  • Complete and retain the agreement-classification determination prior to contract award.
  • Coordinate procurement activities, including exclusions screening, conflict disclosures, insurance, licensure, BAA/DUA, and legal review processes.
  • Maintain the contract register, obligation balances, deliverable schedules, amendment history, and renewal/closeout dates.
  • Ensure work does not commence before all required approvals are obtained and route any contract changes through written amendments.
  • Collaborate with program owners and legal counsel to address performance concerns and issue cure notices.

Vendor and Contract Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Vendor and Contract Manager to oversee the lifecycle of vendor agreements and ensure compliance with organizational policies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our procurement processes, manage contractual obligations, and support our commitment to operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, legal acumen, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
