The role focuses on contract risk analysis, guidance to the business units, and acting as the company’s representative in dealings with customers and suppliers.

The position requires a senior background with 15+ years in contracting and 3-5 years of management, along with strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (may be waived by VP & General Counsel).
• 15+ years of functional experience in contracting.
• 3-5 years of management experience.
• Experience with international contracting including ITAR/EAR.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration for DOD and commercial contracts.
• Provide guidance on contract risk analysis and feedback to business units.
• Serve as a company representative to external customer contracts and procurement personnel.
• Develop and formalize department processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
