Auria is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Professional to manage commercial and government contracts and subcontracts through all lifecycle stages. You will draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, ensuring compliance with ITAR, EAR, and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of commercial and government contracting principles and practices.
• Working knowledge of ITAR and EAR requirements applicable to commercial transactions and international business activities.
• Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and applicable government contract requirements.

Responsabilités

• Manage commercial and government contracts and subcontracts through proposal, negotiation, execution, administration, modification, and closeout.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer commercial agreements, including NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontracts, purchase-related agreements, licenses, and distribution agreements.
• Review solicitations, proposals, and contractual requirements and identify contractual, commercial, export compliance, and business risks.
• Support international sales activities by reviewing terms, identifying requirements, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify export jurisdiction, licensing, approval, and contractual requirements.
