Auria Space is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee commercial and government contracts from proposal through closeout. The role is onsite in Colorado Springs, CO, requiring ITAR/EAR and FAR/DFARS knowledge, strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

You will draft and review varied agreements, identify contractual risks, and coordinate with Program Management, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure compliant, auditable contract records. U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial and government contracts.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of ITAR and EAR requirements.
• FAR/DFARS knowledge and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with Auria policies, processes, and procedures.
• Manage commercial and government contracts and subcontracts through proposal, negotiation, execution, administration, modification, and closeout.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer commercial agreements (NDAs, teaming, subcontracts, licenses, and more).
• Identify risks in solicitations, proposals, and contractual requirements.
• Support international sales by reviewing terms and regulatory requirements and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate export control activities under ITAR/EAR and ensure required approvals.
