Job summary

CAE USA Inc. seeks a qualified Manager, Contracts in Tampa, FL to lead a team of contract professionals and oversee government and commercial contracts. You will negotiate, administer and optimize contract terms while aligning with corporate governance and approvals.

The role demands a strong background in DoD contracting, leadership and cross‑functional collaboration to support operations and revenue objectives.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or related field, or equivalent.
• 12 years of experience in government contracting or 10 years with a graduate degree.
• Experience drafting, vetting and negotiating contracts in a DoD environment.
• Ability to lead and develop contract teams and manage multiple actions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of contract administrators across proposal capture, drafting, negotiating and administering sales contracts.
• Negotiate customer contracts and related agreements to optimize company interests.
• Manage workload and development plans for team members.
• Collaborate cross-functionally withBusiness Development, Finance, Operations and Program Management.
