Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Contract Manager to own the full contract lifecycle—from pre-award to closeout—in the United States. You will review, edit, negotiate, and support the compliant execution of NDAs, teaming agreements, prime contracts, and subcontracts.

• Manage the full contract lifecycle from pre-award to closeout.
• Review, edit, negotiate, and support the compliant execution of NDAs, Teaming Agreements, prime contracts, and subcontracts.
• Interpret contractual terms, identify risks, and secure favorable outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Contracting Officers and prime teaming partners.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure contract performance aligns with legal requirements and government regulations.
• Interpret and apply FAR and DFARS requirements, acting as a subject matter expert.
• Work with Finance and Operations to monitor contract funding and identify potential limitations.
• Ensure timely communication with government customers and prime contractors regarding funding constraints.
• Mitigate risks through timely Authorization to Proceed (ATP) and contract funding requests.
• Maintain accurate contract records, key data, and supporting documentation.
• Contribute to contract briefs, internal workflows, and responses to information requests.
• Identify and implement improvements to contract management processes and cross-functional operations.
