Job summary

Group CBS is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee the intake, review coordination, tracking, and routing of agreements across the organization. This role serves as the primary liaison between Group CBS and Corporate Legal to ensure contracts are reviewed consistently, routed properly, and completed efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and 5+ years of experience coordinating agreements in a fast-paced business environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contract administration, contract coordination, legal operations, or paralegal/contract coordination roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with business leaders and legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake, tracking, and coordination of agreements including MSAs and NDAs.
• Ensure all applicable agreements are routed through Corporate Legal prior to execution.
• Perform first‑pass review of contracts and identify items requiring Legal, Compliance, Finance, or operational review.
• Coordinate contract revisions, redlines, approvals, and execution processes.
• Maintain centralized contract tracking and reporting systems.
• Assist with development and maintenance of contract playbooks, escalation thresholds, and approval workflows.
• Support utilization and administration of Summize, the Company’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to support timely contract execution and issue resolution.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
