Job summary

SEA CORP in Middletown, RI is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead contract administration across DoD service contracts, pricing proposals, and cradle-to-grave management under the Vice President of Contracts.

The role requires strong negotiation, FAR/DFARS expertise, and collaboration with government contracting officers, suppliers, and internal teams. Ten years of DoD contracts experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Extensive experience with writing and production of cost proposals.
• Supervisory experience.
• Strong attention to details.
• Knowledge and application of FAR/DFARS and related regulations.
• Ability to interpret legal terminology and contractual compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review/ negotiate agreements and develop related documentation.
• Lead pricing analysis and price-to-win options.
• Review RFP requirements and develop compliant cost proposals.
• Prepare cost volumes and pricing strategies.
• Advise management on contractual risks and obligations.
• Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to close-out.
