SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified Contracts Manager.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated candidate who is excited to help assist and develop our Contracts Team to further promote business growth and overall meet customer needs. Under the supervision of the Vice President of Contracts, the Contracts Manager will oversee all aspects of contract administration. The Contracts Manager will serve as a liaison between SEACORP, and customer Contracting Officers and/or subcontract procurement agents as needed for pre-award activities, proposals, and contract negotiations, as well as cradle-to-grave contract administration activities on SEACORP's awarded contracts. The position will support a broad range of service contracts (prime/subcontract awards) across multiple contract types to include CPFF, FFP, CPIF, CPAF and T&M. This role requires a collaborative team builder with ability to interface with executive management on a regular basis. Qualified candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience pricing proposals in a DoD environment.

Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
