• Support proposal development and contract review activities, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external requirements.
• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of agreements to protect organizational interests and minimize risk exposure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on bid strategies, pricing, and contractual documentation.
• Advise leadership on contract terms, regulatory obligations, and potential risks or conflicts of interest.
• Develop and implement negotiation strategies aligned with company and client objectives.
• Manage contract lifecycle activities from solicitation through closeout, maintaining adherence to policy and process.
• Maintain working knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and defense-related contractual frameworks.
• Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and government or prime contractor counterparts.
