Responsibilities

• Review, draft, redline, negotiate, and manage a broad range of contracts and amendments.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to move agreements from intake through execution with speed and sound judgment.
• Identify contractual risks, recommend practical solutions, and escape non‑standard issues when needed.
• Manage multiple agreements simultaneously while maintaining quality, accuracy, and responsiveness.
• Support continuous improvement of contract processes, templates, and reporting.
• Use contract tools and workflows to maintain clean records, visibility, and follow‑through on obligations.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees required.
• 4–5+ years of experience in business law with emphasis in contract drafting, negotiation, and review, or a related field.
• Experience reviewing, revising, negotiating, and summarizing commercial contracts, including customer and supplier agreements.
• Experience with contractual, indemnification, and insurance concepts, and with document tracking / contract lifecycle management systems.

• Hybrid work arrangement: part‑time at the specified company location and part‑time remotely from home.
• Compensation range: $95,000 - $105,000 CAD per year (Canada) or $100,000 - $110,000 USD per year (US). Eligible for bonus pay.

Location & Travel

Hybrid in one of the following locations: Loveland, CO; Glen Allen, VA; Wood Dale, IL; or London, ON (Canada). Some travel may be required.
