The company operate throughout the UK, and through growth and internal promotion we are seeking an ambitious and driven Contracts Manager used to Managing delivery teams on multiple schemes.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will have experience with a major housebuilder managing multiple delivery teams and be used to delivering upwards of 300 units per annum. The company are seeking candidates with recent relevant experience in this sector, able to lead and motivate teams to hit stringent quality and delivery deadlines.
