Job summary

Cotech Building Careers is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for its residential infrastructure business. Based in Kent and working across the southern home counties / south-east London, you will be responsible for all pre-contract and on-site activity in a fast-paced operation.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead teams across the business, ensuring health & safety, quality and progress, and you will contribute to growth and leadership within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialist sub contract businesses in the infrastructure sector.
• Experience managing teams across multiple projects with planning and work winning.

Growth and internal promotion has created an opportunity for an established operations Manager to take control of its residential infrastructure business.

Based in Kent and working throughout the southern home counties / south-east London, you will be operationally responsible for all pre contract and on site activity of this fast paced and vibrant business.

We are seeking candidates with experience in a similar organisation, who are looking for a real opportunity to take control of the day to day operations of the business and be a part of the leadership team in this high growth company.
