SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified Administrative Manager - Program & Travel Support.
SEACORP is looking for an administrative manager who has strong analytical & communication skills, is detail oriented, and is great at time management. The administrative manager should have relevant work experience to join our Logistics Support team in the Electronic Warfare Business Area. Administrative managers can expect to work closely with multiple layers of management & technical staff as well as work with excel, compile monthly status reports, develop PPT presentations, take meeting minutes with action items, and other administrative duties. Candidates will also be responsible for travel coordination for multiple projects. They will manage employee travel and ensure the budget within the limits established by the contract, including per diem allowances and JTAR regulations. They will use discretion to make decisions regarding how and when employees travel while ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Successful administrative managers should be able to think creatively about problems and overcoming them, be able to work well within a team environment and should have excellent interpersonal skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
Minimum of 2 years' experience required. Active Secret Security Clearance is strongly preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Level Security Clearance is Required.

Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
