The Contracts Managerwill help craft, evaluate, negotiate, and execute legaland financialagreements covering a wide range of transactions.This individualwillbe responsible for collaborating with appropriate internal and external stakeholders to ensure contracts are within budget and set timelines, and will negotiate terms, as requested, and on behalf of Jupiter Power.
This role will be based out of any of our offices (Houston, TX, Austin, TX or Chicago, IL) and is subject to our Company’s return-to-office policy which currently requires a minimum of three days a week in the office.

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field,
7+ years of experience managing contracts in a legal capacity
Strong computer skills with proficiencyin MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web-based systems
Understanding of legal and contract terminology, and construction/operations contractual terms

$100,000 minimum - $130,000 maximum
This pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Jupiter Power considers a number of factors when determining starting compensation such as the position requirements and the candidate's qualifications.
In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus and equity programs.
