As a contract manager, you use your sharp negotiation tactics and talent for organization to help manage critical documents. We need you to bring your advanced contract management expertise to our National Security team, where you’ll be a t rus ted advisor and a valuable team member who finds creative solutions to complex problems for an advanced technology company.

On our team, you’ll use your advanced contracting knowledge to capture, implement, and manage a range of proposals and contracts within various markets. In this role, you’ll touch every element of government acquisition, from beginning capture stages through proposal and execution, and into closeout. You’ll review and analyze solicitations for potential risks, guide suggested proposal strategies, and advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies.

As a t rus ted business partner, you’ll provide full lifecycle support with a focus on terms and c ond itions negotiation, whitepaper and proposal support, project execution, and risk mitigation for government contract s and subcontracts. You'll provide expert advice and counsel to program and account leadership on contractual matters, including contract types, regulatory and corporate policy compliance requirements, organizational conflict of interest, risk management, mitigation, and intellectual property negotiations, and monitor operational performance.Additionally, you'll support complex contract activities and manage relationships with client counterparts to accomplish business goals and objectives.

You Have:

5+ years of experience with contract administration, negotiations, or proposal preparation with U.S. Government clients
