Banner Health Corporate is seeking a Legal professional to administer contracts, develop and implement contract management tools, and support contracting objectives across the organization.
The role requires reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts, coordinating with vendors and payers, and ensuring compliance with company policy and legal standards. Flexibility to remote work within approved states is provided, with standard business hours.

As a member of our Legal Department team, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for contracting that will meet customer needs, business requirements, and department objectives. This requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication and computer skills. You will attend daily contract distribution meetings for assignment of contracts. You will review, assess, draft, redline contracts and process contracts and information in a contract management database.
This is a remote position Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Mountain Standard Time (Arizona). This can be a remote position if you live in the following state(s) only: AZ, CA, CO, ID, NM, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY.

This position administers contracts for the organization. This position participates in the development and implementation of contract management tools and processes to assist in achieving the organization’s contracting objectives and strategies.
Experience consistent with a Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related field required.
Requires three plus years of legal experience preferably relating to contract drafting, preparation and analysis.
Must possess demonstrated skill in problem analysis and resolution; contract management; oral and written communication.
Requires highly developed interpersonal and listening skills.
Must be able to function independently, possess demonstrated flexibility in multiple project management.
Requires strong computer and database skills.
Assignments in managed care require strong contract writing skills as well as patient financial claims systems knowledge.
Certified Paralegal certification is preferred. Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
Estimated Pay Range: $29.11 - $48.51 / hour Banner Health is committed to pay equity and transparency. The posted compensation range is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay Banner Health in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. This range is based on possible base salaries and does not include the value of our total rewards package. Actual pay determined at offer will be based on years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location, along with a review of current employees in similar roles to ensure pay equity is achieved and maintained.
