Responsibilities

• Contract Development: Develop contracts according to scope for assigned program area.
• Contract Guidance and Support: Provide contracting advice and support to others in the area of contract management.
• Contract Management: Oversee and evaluate performance of contract work according to specifications; monitor progress and respond to questions.
• Oversee, evaluate and document contractor performance; verify completed work and discuss contract questions with contractors.
• Coordinate and conduct project showings and preconstruction conferences; pursue disputes resolution and provide support on claims.
• Reporting and Systems: Update and maintain records, reports and systems related to assigned contracts.
